Each day's collections, the month's profit, what drivers owe — one dashboard. Keeping the books is far easier now.
Auto-rickshaws, CNG, charging garages, rent-a-car, bus companies, trucking and transport, or a private car — pick yours and read the detail.
The whole app is designed to be easy to use — tap any screen to see it full size.
Where each auto, CNG or rent-a-car is right now, at a glance. Tracking starts the moment the vehicle does; nothing to switch on.
Where every vehicle is — on a real-time map.
Where it went and how long it stopped — the full history.
Know the moment a vehicle moves.
A QR sticker for every vehicle — a passenger can scan it to check that the vehicle and driver are genuine, and message you if they need to, without ever seeing your number.
Vehicle, driver and owner details verified — a safer ride.
Nobody sees your phone number, and the message still reaches you.
A passenger complaint or a left-behind item goes straight into the app, with an instant notification.
Bulk print on one page, with your business name along the bottom.
One car or one bike is enough — choose "Personal" during setup and the whole app rearranges itself around your running costs, mileage and servicing. No collections, no drivers.
Note the litres, the price and the odometer — mileage (KPL) and cost per kilometre work themselves out.
What each month cost, whether prices rose or fell, whether you are mostly in town or on the highway — in charts.

How many kilometres or days until the next service — the app reminds you when it is due.
Books that did not add up, dues that went uncollected, vehicles nobody could track — the problems owners around the country had, and how Amar Auto solved them.
Adding up by hand in a ledger went wrong every month — what each driver had paid never matched, and 8–10 thousand taka was unaccounted for by month end.
A collection is one tap on the keypad and dues are worked out automatically. No manual arithmetic at all.
Nobody could remember what each driver owed. When a driver left, the money was simply gone.
Every driver’s dues show in red in the app, and SMS reminders go out on time.
An assistant took the collections and occasionally kept some back — impossible to catch, and nothing to prove it.
Every collection is recorded with a timestamp, and the receipt can be shared.
I kept forgetting when fitness, insurance and the tax token expired — and the police fined me on the road.
The app warns before anything expires.
Reconciling every driver’s collections and costs at month end took half the night, and there were still mistakes.
Monthly income, expense and profit reports are generated in one click.
Every vehicle had its own ledger, and reconciling them at month end turned into a muddle.
CNGs, autos and rent-a-cars — every vehicle on one dashboard.
Where a hired car had gone, whether it was coming back on time — I had to keep ringing to find out.
Every vehicle’s position on a live GPS map, at a glance.
Fuel, repairs, garage rent — none of it was recorded, so there was no telling what the real profit was.
Costs go into separate categories, and profit and loss show in a chart.
Handwritten receipts went missing, and drivers argued about who had paid what.
Digital receipts are generated, shared and kept.
I could not afford to pay for software in advance, so going digital never happened.
Postpaid — use it first, settle the bill by bKash at month end.
Hiring bikes and cars to tourists by the hour or the day — who took what when, when it came back, what the overtime came to — it all got confused in the ledger.
Release and return are each one tap, the bill and any overtime are calculated from the time, and the tourist gets a link to the bill by SMS.
Your mobile number and an OTP — a few seconds.
Enter your vehicle and driver details.
Record collections, read the reports — all in one place.
bKash payments, SMS reminders, the Autonemo GPS live map, PDF reports — connected on one platform. CNG, auto-rickshaw, rent-a-car — every type on one dashboard, with 100+ vehicles on a single live map.

The questions people ask most before starting — answered briefly and clearly.
No, there is nothing to pay up front. Verify your mobile number with an OTP and your account is ready in two or three minutes. Add your vehicles and drivers and you can start recording collections the same day.
An invoice is generated at the end of each month for however many vehicles were active during it. You get the bill in the app and by SMS, with 7 days to pay. If a bill goes unpaid some features may be limited, but none of your records are deleted.
Yes. Collections, expenses and income can all be entered without internet, and sync automatically when the connection returns. If several phones share the account, all the entries reconcile.
Yes. Autos, CNGs, easy-bikes, bikes, cars, buses, trucks and rent-a-cars all sit in one account — mixed fleets are fully supported. Owners with 100+ vehicles use Amar Auto every day.
Record the collection each day and the app works out the dues for you. The driver’s profile shows what they have paid, what is outstanding and what was waived. You can send an SMS reminder for dues too.
You get the month-end invoice in the app or by SMS. bKash is supported now; Nagad, Rocket and cards are coming soon.
No. Everything is backed up to encrypted cloud storage. Sign in on a new phone and it is all there. You can also download monthly PDF or Excel reports to keep.
Yes. You choose the type (auto, CNG, easy-bike, bike, car, bus, truck) when you add a vehicle. Reports can show everything together or split by type — you do not need separate accounts.
If you have your own account on Autonemo or another GPS panel, add the API and the live map turns on in the app. With a tracker fitted, the position updates as soon as the vehicle starts — nothing to switch on each day. Autos, CNGs, rent-a-cars, buses and trucks can all be tracked, with 100+ vehicles on one map. Without a connection it shows the last known position. Your GPS account covers only your own fleet — no other owner’s vehicles are visible.
