Every stage from arrival to delivery, the mechanics’ work, the parts stock, warranties and the printed bill — all in one place.
How far along a job is, who is on it, what the bill comes to — it all runs on memory
You never notice a part running out, and the stock never matches the sales
How much work each mechanic did in a month, and what it earned, goes unrecorded
When a part fails under warranty there is no proof, and it turns into an argument
Customers do not come back for the next service, and there is no way to remind them
Open a job as the vehicle arrives — the fault, the meter reading, the delivery date and the mechanic. Received → in progress → ready → billed → delivered, every stage clear.
Type the registration and it tells you: is a job already open on this vehicle, is any part still under warranty, what is outstanding, and is the meter reading going backwards.
Add a part to a job and it comes out of stock when the bill is finalised. Categories, suppliers, credit purchases and sales, stocktakes, damage and returns — all captured.
A small POS receipt (on a thermal printer), a detailed A4 invoice, an up-front estimate and an arrival token — printed or shared.
How many months’ warranty is on each part — look it up by number or name. Issuing a replacement from inventory reduces stock, and a mistake can be reversed.
How many jobs each mechanic did, what they earned, the weekly trend — a separate profile for every one.
When the next service is due — an alert on the dashboard, and an SMS to the customer in one tap. Returning customers are where a garage really earns.
Summary, by mechanic, by vehicle, by customer, by part and by dues — read them in the app, then print or share.

Yes. Add an inventory part to a job card and finalise the bill, and that quantity leaves stock, with the profit calculated against the purchase price. Cancel the job and the stock comes back.
Picking the part from inventory on a claim reduces stock but does not count as a sale — a warranty part is free, after all. So your income and profit figures stay honest, and only the value of the goods issued is recorded.
Yes. The small POS receipt can go out as an image over WhatsApp or Messenger, and the detailed invoice can be printed or shared. No printer needed.
Typing the registration raises a red warning — "a job is already open on this vehicle" — with one tap to go to it. So a bill no longer ends up split in two.
Yes. It works for parts trading on its own, without the garage side — multi-item sales, a credit ledger, supplier debts and 11 kinds of report.
Every job can be tagged to a mechanic, and their profile shows total jobs, jobs in progress and earnings separately — which makes commission or wages easy to work out.
The accounts for one vehicle are free forever. Running in 5 minutes, with no training.
